My names Shelby I'm 3 nearly 4 and I have downs syndrome. I live in Lincolnshire with my mummy Kerry, I don't have any brothers and sisters but I have lots of cousins who I play with, my oldest cousins Kaylea and Courtney take real good care of me. I was born in Aug 2001 in Kings Mill hospital in Mansfield, I was a poorly baby and I was on various medication til I was strong enough to have my complete avsd repair when I reached 11lb, I had my surgery when I was 6mths old at Glenfield hospital Leicester, I have to thank them for my life. I love barney and balamory I love dancing along to my videos. My mummy thinks I'm hard work and I can be, I just can't seem to sit still for five minutes, I love to be busy, I'm a kid that's what kids do! My mummy learns me lots of new things, I'm learning shapes and colours at the minute, I think its funny to hide the shapes behind my back, mummy don't. I go to Wyndom Park nursery school and its great, I have lots of friends. my teacher penny is great, my mummy says all teachers should be like penny, I'm leaving Wyndom Park in September to go to big school I'll be fine it's mummy I'm worried about?
